Mr. Ahonsi Unuigbe
Mr. Ahonsi Unuigbe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Petralon Energy Limited, an indigenous Upstream Oil and Gas Company, with multilateral partnerships and investments in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). His leadership and entrepreneurial ingenuity are validated by the rapid growth of Petralon Energy Limited into a major Industry player since its establishment in 2014 as an African Exploration & Production company set up to acquire, develop, and operate assets, primarily in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
Over the past twenty years, Mr. Unuigbe has established himself as a business leader and seasoned professional, whose experience spans across sectors such as banking, finance, energy, telecoms, manufacturing and the public sector. He began his career as an investment banker, working with banks such as Citibank in the UK and Nigeria and later Standard bank / Stanbic IBTC, with stints in the public sector, during which time he successfully executed complex project finance transactions, thereby helping to raise over $2bn as capital for private and public sector projects in Nigeria, notable amongst which were the $150 million concessional World Bank funding for Edo state during his tenure as pioneer Commissioner for Budget, Planning, and Economic Development.
Mr. Unuigbe who joined NGX’s board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in April 2021, has also served as a founding executive at First Hydrocarbon Nigeria, as Chief Finance Officer and Executive Director, where he raised over $450m in debt and equity finance within 3 years and instituted best-in-class risk management frameworks and financial management processes respectively.
A Lifetime member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Mr. Unuigbe holds a B.A degree in Economics from the University of Sussex, UK, and an MSc in International Securities and Investment Banking from the ISMA Centre, University of Reading, UK, and is also a recipient of the prestigious Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellowship Award.

Mr. Sehinde Adenagbe
Mr. Adenagbe is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Standard Union Securities Limited. He is vastly experienced in Capital Market Analysis, Corporate Finance/Stockbroking, Clients Advisory Services and Management. He has worked with various Capital Market institutions including Midland Capital Markets Limited, Midas Stockbrokers Limited, and Negotiable Finance Limited.
He is the 1st Vice Chairman of Association of Securities Dealing Houses of Nigeria (ASHON), a position he holds till date. He is also a member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIM), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
Mr. Adenagbe holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife (1989) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management (2001) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho.

Mrs. Foluke Oyeleye
Mrs. Oyeleye is an experienced Business Manager with over 25 years of work experience spanning Telecoms, Financial, FMCG and Oil & Gas. She serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of First Registrars and Investor Services Limited.
She currently works as a Director at Honeywell Group. Previously, she worked as the Operations Director at Telecgsm Limited and as the National Manager Retail and Service Centers in Econet (now Airtel). She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria and the Institute of Directors (IoD), UK.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Combined Social Sciences from St Mary’s College, University of Durham, UK (1995) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, USA, (2006).

Mrs. Lilian Olubi
Mrs. Olubi is a skilled finance and investment professional with over twenty five years’ experience in capital markets and demonstrated capabilities in business development, acquisition integration, strategic planning and leadership.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of EFG Hermes Nigeria, a leading investment brokerage firm.
Mrs. Olubi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, UK.
She is a boardroom judge on the successful entrepreneurship reality TV show – ‘The Next Titan’ which provides business capital and promotes enterprise among youths and a board director of Volition Cap, Primera Africa Group as well as a governing council member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
She holds a Bsc in Business Administration from the University of Benin and a Masters of Leadership in Development Finance from the Frankfurt school of Finance & Management, Germany.

Dr. Faruk Umar
Dr. Faruk Umar currently serves as a Director on the board of Greenwich Merchant Bank, and chairs the Board of Governors, Pearls Award Nigeria. He previously serves on the boards of Ashaka Cement, Union Homes Loans and Savings Plc., Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc. and NAHCO Plc.
His experience in education started in 1977 as a lecturer at the school of Preliminary Studies, Kano. He was a manager, Educational Services at Kano State Foundation from 1988 – 1991. He also served as the Permanent Secretary, Special Duties with Kano State Government from 1983 -1984.
Dr. Faruk Umar holds a Bachelor of Education B(Ed) from Bayero University Kano (1976), a Master of Education Certificate M(Ed) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, (1979) and a Doctor of philosophy(phD) in Educational Psychology from University of Wisconsin, U.S.A (1987). He is a Fellow of Institute of Directors (IOD), an alumni of INSEAD Institute, and a certified Corporate Director of Harvard Business School.

Mr. Ibrahim Dikko
Mr. Ibrahim Dikko is the Managing Director and CEO of Backbone Connectivity Network (BCN). He is a seasoned professional and Entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining Backbone Connectivity Network, Mr. Dikko served as the Managing Director, Hambali Investment Limited (2009 – 2011).
Between 2004 to 2009, he served as the Deputy Managing Director/ COO of Eterna Oil, where he was part of the team that successfully developed and structured the most effective models that transformed the business operations. From 1987 to 2004, Mr. Ibrahim Dikko worked with the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company(PPMC) where he served and rose to the position of the Chief Marketing and Supplier Officer, S&D Department.
He obtained his first Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State Nigeria, in addition, Mr. Ibrahim Dikko has attended numerous courses at home and abroad.) in the UK; Holder of FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 in the USA.

Mr. Azubuike Okpalaoka
Mr. Okpalaoka is a Chartered Stockbroker of repute. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Chemistry from University of Benin over two decades ago. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
He has attended numerous workshops and seminars on the Nigerian Capital Market. An Infectious Communicator and Strategist, Mr. Okpalaoka is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of TRW Stockbrokers Ltd.

Ms. Ummahani Ahmad Amin
Ms. Ahmad Amin is a Senior Counsel and Capital Market Solicitor with over 15 years multifaceted legal practice experience with specialties in Core Financing, Islamic Finance, Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Estate Planning, Private Placement, Privatization Advisory, Corporate and Commercial Law.
She was previously a General Counsel at Northbridge Investment and Trust Limited. She has been Secretary and Legal Adviser to several companies and served on numerous boards. She has significant experience in Islamic Finance and Takaful spanning over ten years. She is a certified PPP specialist from Institute of Public Private Partnership IP3 Washington DC. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA).
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Common and Sharia Law (2001) and a Master in Business and Commercial Law (M.B.C.L) from Bayero University Kano (2008).

Dr. Bokki is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School and INSEAD Business School, an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in both the Nigerian financial services industry as well as the Public Sector.
A strong business development professional skilled in Negotiation, Business start-up, Planning, Analytical Skills, Capital Markets, Board Administration, and Business Transformation. Dr. Bokki is one of the most experienced Pension Administrators in Nigeria. He has started and nurtured two Pension Funds Administration Companies successfully. He is a recipient of a Presidential Commendation for building the Head Office of NPF Pensions “utilizing only internally generated revenue, thus driving fiscal discipline’’.

Jude Chiemeka comes with over 26 years’ experience in Securities Trading and Asset Management across markets in Africa. He joined NGX from United Capital Securities Limited a subsidiary of United Capital Plc, where he was the MD/CEO. He had previously helmed affairs at leading investment banking firms in Nigeria such as Chapel Hill Denham Securities and Rencap Securities (Nigeria). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an alumnus of University of Lagos, Lagos Business School as well as University of Oxford, UK.

Dr. Irene ROBINSON-AYANWALE, FCAI, FCMR
Dr. Irene Robinson-Ayanwale is an accomplished legal practitioner with over twenty years’ experience. Her expertise spans numerous areas including capital market, regulation, administrative and disciplinary proceedings, international trade, intra-African trade, international relations, corporate, commercial, intellectual property, technology, labour, banking, telecommunication, oil & gas, aviation, constitutional matters and ESG.
She is currently the Divisional Head Business Support Services/General Counsel of Nigerian Exchange Limited.
She was conferred with an Honorary Doctor of Law in 2023 by École Superieure Universitaire, Cotonu, Republic of Benin.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars and Institute of Corporate Administrators. She represents Nigerian Exchange Limited on the Board of Trustees of the Investor Protection Fund of Nigerian Exchange Limited and the Board of UN Global Network Nigeria Network.
In 2022 she was selected by the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) as one of the twenty-one (21) Women Leaders of 2022, and named General Counsel of the Year at the 2022 Esq Nigerian Legal Awards.
In 2021 she was named General Counsel of the Year at the 2021 Esq Nigerian Legal Awards, and also received a Highly Commended recognition at the 2021 African Legal Awards in the General Counsel of the Year category.

Adebayo Opatade
Bayo Opatade is a finance and business professional with quality experience and track record of supporting business growth. He has worked with reputable local and International organizations in different capacities.
He commenced his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has worked with different commercial banks in Nigeria including Oceanic Bank International Plc (Now Ecobank Nigeria), United Bank of Africa (UBA), Standard Chartered Bank and SunTrust Bank Nigeria where he served as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NGX, he was the Group CFO and acting MD of Adino Global Markets Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Registered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has special interests in Finance, Business, Risk management and Organizational effectiveness.
