Mrs. Erelu Angela Adebayo
Erelu Adebayo is the founder of Erelu Adebayo Foundation, and Erelu Adebayo Children’s Home. She received the Lagos State Award Eko 2012, ThisDay Award for Service to Nigerian Children 2012, and Ekiti State Award for Development of Ekiti State, the Society and Humanity.
She was previously the first lady of Ekiti State and Chairman, Ekiti State Action Committee on Aids, Service to LASG. She was also the first female Chairman on the Board of WEMABOD. She serves on the Boards of Dangote Foundation, United Bank for Africa, Afriland Properties Plc., Meyer Paints Plc., Greenwich Trust Ltd., and Women at Risk Foundation.
Erelu Adebayo obtained a BSC Hon (Social Science) from the University of Ibadan, an MBA from the University of Lagos, and MPHiL (Cantab) from Cambridge University. She holds the traditional titles Aare Erelu of Ado Ekiti, and Erelu of Iyin Ekiti.

Acting Chief Executive Officer
Gabriel Igbeka
Mr. Igbeka is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of NGX Real Estate (NGX RelCo) Limited. Prior to this role, he served in the Administration Department of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for eight years where he was integral to the efficient running of the organisation’s daily operations. He is an industry veteran with over 40 years’ of experience spanning the financial services industry including the Central Bank of Nigeria, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Standard Trust bank Ltd, United Bank Of Africa (UBA) Plc, Intercontinental bank Plc/Access bank Plc.
He has 18 years’ cognate experience in Property/Facility Management and is a certified Project Manager. He holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos, and an M.Sc in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin.

Mr. Ahmed M. Muhammed
Mr. Muhammed is a well-trained Finance, Accounting, Investment, Management and Tax professional possessing worldwide rated qualifications in these areas at fellowship levels. He served as the Group Managing Director/CEO of NNDC, an investment development company from 2013 -2018.
He also held the position of Commissioner for Works and Transport from 2005 – 2007 and was also the Commissioner for Commerce and Industry from 2003 – 2005 in Bauchi State.
He currently serves as the Chairman, Board of NNIL Commercial Company Ltd, Director, Nigerian Life & Pension Consultants(PFA)Ltd and Director, Newdevco Investments. He is a Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Chartered Institute of Management Nigeria (FNIM).
He holds a B.Sc(Hons) Accountancy, from the University of Maiduguri, and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Mrs. Aisha Waziri Umar
Mrs. Umar is a Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Social Entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience across multiple sectors including law, banking, finance, education, public policy and administration.
She is currently consulting for various organisations while a partner at Prodiverse Legal, a law firm in Abuja, Nigeria and Vista Resources, an international business-consulting firm, which provides a wide array of services including strategy development, financial advisory services, project management and scenario planning.
Mrs. Umar is also the founder/CEO of Inara Foundation, a non-governmental organization involved in the education, economic empowerment and the advancement of the social and economic conditions of people in communities affected by violence in North Eastern Nigeria.
She had formerly worked in the State House Abuja in 2011 as Senior Special Assistant to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In this capacity she rendered policy advice and technical support to the Government on matters relating to social and political development.
Mrs. Umar has several years banking experience at FSB International Bank PLC, Lagos, a commercial bank, (now Fidelity Bank) as the Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs in charge of the bank’s communication strategy and managing its corporate brand.
She is a Board member, CAPPS Consult, Nigeria; Board member Tethys Nigeria (a geological and petroleum services company) and a Council Member of The Section of Business Law (SBL) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
Mrs. Umar holds an L.L.B (Bachelor of Laws) (1987) from University of Buckingham, England, Master of Laws Degree (1989) from University of London, England. She has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business (2017) from the Oxford University, Said Business School, England.

Mr. Chibuzor Darl Uzu
Mr. Uzu is an accomplished professional with vast experience in real estate development locally and internationally.
He is currently Managing Director of Crown Realties Plc and serves on the boards of subsidiary companies, Crown Woodwork Limited, Crown Apartment & Hotels Limited, Crown Students Villages Limited, Crown Realties Management Limited and Union Bell Telecom Limited. He is also the Private Sector lead on Enyimba Economic City project.
Mr. Uzu is a highly respected real estate/built environment practitioner and entrepreneur. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, Graduate School of Design and he was a lecturer in Building Department, University of Ife (now OAU) and Head of Development for Knight Frank & Rutley Nigeria.

Ms. Ngozichukwuka Oluwatoyin Edozien
Ms. Edozien has over 20 years of expertise experience across Private Equity/Venture Capital, Strategy/Business Development and Planning and General Management in multi-national companies in Europe, US and Africa. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Invivo Partners Limited, a firm founded to do principal investing, advisory and operational support of investee companies (SMEs and start-ups).
She served as the Chief Executive Actis West Africa (2009 – 2014). He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Vehicle for Health in Africa from 2008 to 2009 where she was responsible for developing the business plan for an IFC/BMGF/AfDB sponsored $100m private equity fund/investment company focused on investing in private healthcare businesses in Africa.
She has formerly served as the Regional Director, Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals (PGP), East, Central and Anglophone West Africa; Vice President, PGP Planning and Business Development; and Associate Principal McKinsey & Company, Inc., Paris, France and London, England. Ms. Ngozichukwuka Oluwatoyin Edozien currently serves on the Board of Barloworld PLC, StanbicIBTC (Standard Bank Group of South Africa), Diageo/Guinness Nigeria PLC, Young Presidents’ Organization, African Leadership Network Advisory Council, Cycology Cycling Club of Nigeria (ExCo Member), and Institute of Directors (IOD).
She holds a Master in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Cambridge (1991).
