2023 Gender Leader Awards

The Nigeria2Equal Gender Leader Awards is an offshoot of the Nigeria2Equal project implemented by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in partnership with Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) to mainstream more opportunities for women in leadership, management and employment in the Nigerian private sector.

Post implementation of N2E, GLA will be organised to spotlight leading performers with respect to gender equality after the publication of results from the research and best practices component. Awardees will be recognised based on their benchmarked performance against the baselines in IFC’s Gender Equality in Nigeria’s Private Sector report.
