Mr. Akinwonuola Atitebi
Mr. Akinwonuola Atitebi is a seasoned professional with vast experience in Treasury and Investment Management, Securities Analysis, Risk Profiling and Mitigation and Financial Modelling. He has sufficient knowledge of the operations of the capital market being a registered Sponsored Individual for a Capital Market Operator with the SEC. He is the current Head, Treasury and Investments at Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc. Prior to this, he had worked as an Assistant General Manager in the Project Finance and Advisory Department of the Infrastructure Bank Plc.
Mr. Atitebi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoinformatics and Surveying Engineering from the University of Lagos. He has also completed notable trainings including Valuation by the London Business School; Global Markets, Syndicating loans, Structured Products, Sovereign and Country Risk, and Trade Finance by Standard Bank’s Investment Banking Group in Johannesburg; Structured Trade finance, Derivatives, & International Banking by Byblos Bank S.A.L in Beirut; FX Management, Technical Analysis, Execution of large transactions; FX Options by Deutsche Bank; Financial Modeling by Development Bank of Southern Africa; Advanced Project Finance Academy by Euromoney UAE.

Mr. Jonathan Eborah
Mr. Jonathan Eborah is the current Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). Prior to this, he was the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of PAC Registrars Limited. He has previously worked as the Registrar of Spring Bank Plc and Legacy Omega Bank Plc. He was an Assistant Branch Manager with Spring Bank Plc and a Deputy Registrar with United Securities Limited/Hamilton Hammer & Co Limited.
Mr. Eborah also worked in various capacities with First City Merchant Bank Limited (now First City Monument Bank Plc); Leccom Associates and Pius Momodu & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he gained extensive experience in investment banking, auditing, and secretarial administration.
He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees in Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
Mr. Eborah is married with two children.

Ms. Yewande Sadiku
Ms. Yewande Sadiku is the Executive Secretary/CEO of Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), Nigeria’s foremost investment promotion agency.
Prior to her appointment in November 2016, she was the Executive Director responsible for Stanbic IBTC Group’s Corporate and Investment Banking business, ensuring the realization of business opportunities in Nigeria’s complex operating environment. She managed key relationships with regulators, and several of Nigeria’s leading corporate and multinational clients.
In a 23-year banking career, Ms. Sadiku handled assignments for clients in virtually every sector of the Nigerian economy, providing financial advice on a variety of assignments, while ensuring strict legal and regulatory compliance. She played an active role in the development of the capital market by participating in industry committees and chairing the Rules and Compliance Sub-Committee, which advised SEC on the rules that guide the operation of Nigeria’s Investments and Securities Act for 12 years. She frequently facilitated dialogue between corporate clients and regulators.
She has extensive experience across all sectors and has structured several landmark transactions, including some of the largest transactions in the history of the Nigerian capital market: US$535m Seplat Petroleum and Development Company Plc’s dual listing on both The Nigerian Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange (the largest IPO in the history of the Nigerian Equity Capital Market); US$13bn merger of Dangote Cement Plc and Benue Cement Company Plc and the listing of the enlarged entity (Dangote Cement Plc) on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Ms. Sadiku was one of “35 International Women Under 35” featured in the October 2007 edition of World Business Magazine and she was awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship for International Leadership in May 2010.

Mr. Shuaibu Idris mni
Shuaibu Idris is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Time-Line Consult Limited. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance, managing the day to day operation and marketing of clients across the west coast of Africa and beyond.
Previously, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of Dangote Flour Mills Plc from April 2009 to December 2010 where he was saddled with the responsibility for the overall management of the company and coordination of the Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Quality Control and Corporate Affairs. Prior to becoming Deputy Managing Director, he has served as the Special Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer; Dangote Group, Group Treasurer, Executive Director; Sales and Marketing and Group General Manager Human Resources and Administration from where he amassed several years of professional experiences. He was an Investment as well as Lending banker having risen to senior management position as well as director of a Nigerian bank.
Mr. Idris completed the Lagos Business School and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Advanced Leadership Program from Judge Business School, Cambridge University, U.K. He also attended the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos, Nigeria. He holds an M.A in Banking and Finance from University of Wales, Bangor, United Kingdom and a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria.
Mr. Idris is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA), a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (FCNA), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing Nigeria (FNIMN), Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors Nigeria (IoD) as well as Member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and the National Institute.
Mr. Idris currently serve on the board of several private limited liability companies well as public quoted companies as an independent director.

Mr. Babatunde Ajibade, SAN
Dr. Babatunde Ajibade, SAN is the Managing Partner of S. P. A. Ajibade & Co. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1989 and elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in December 2007. He was the first member of his Nigerian Law School set of 1989 to be so elevated. Dr. Ajibade obtained an LL.B Degree from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1988.
He obtained an LL.M Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College, University of London in October 1990 and a Ph.D Degree in Private International Law from the same university in October 1996. Dr. Ajibade is a Fellow of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London, an International Practice Fellow of the International Bar Association and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. He combines the role of an advocate, a corporate/commercial solicitor, an administrator and a reformer and has excelled in each of these areas
